The well concealed set of standards that define legitimate governance, proponents of common law fail to inform you on; the point at which the legislative branch of public servants becomes criminal.
A legislature that defines its own powers by writing itself into constitutional authority grants itself the power to write its own code of conduct as a cunningly devised strategy to gain consent to impose a uniform set of behavioural standards on the populace.
Any approach, which disregards individual differences and preferences to impose a standardised system of control with the power to arbitrarily redefine moral standards at will and prescribe fixed punishments is the epitome of a communist manifesto.
