UPDATE: Hi everyone. 2022 has been quite the year for the struggle being real. I haven't been able to do much when it comes content and I apologize for that. I promise you that is all changing when 2023 hits. I've been hospitalized with pneumonia this year and that kept me down for two months. I am having trouble with living situations and other financial responsibilities because of that and am having to work two labor-intensive jobs
in order to keep from drowning. All while trying to start a record label. It's been brutal, but that's been the nature of my life for the majority. I am used to it, and I refuse to go down without putting forth maximum effort. My Tee Spring page was terminated without notice at the beginning of the year and 'Never Sleep Again Part 2' was removed from all available streaming platforms. Those two things alone provided me some decent security, but no longer. Plus, a few videos being removed by Google/YT and not being active has taken its toll on my income as well. I am not saying this to whine or make an attempt for your sympathy, but simply to inform you why this year has been so unproductive. That's why I always keep to myself even though you all deserve updates. I wasn't planning on doing any fundraisers for my planned record label startup, but I may go that route. It will certainly mean consistent content much sooner if I reach the planned goal. If I do choose to do this, I will unveil the support page after the new year gets going and I've completed a few new videos. It's just that I have some kick-ass artists lined up to make music with me and I CANNOT WAIT to begin releasing the new tracks for you all. Everything will be up to speed over the next two months, from my Patreon account to my Rokfin page. I will make up for all the lost time. I truly apologize. ‘Wake up Australia’ is a song written by Kelly Newton-Wordsworth. The information in 'Wake up Australia' has largely been provided by Senator Rodney Culleton who is the leader of the Great Australia Party, with materials from South Australian constitutional educator Tim Dwyer and others.

The law demonstrates post 1973 that there has been a clear departure in contravention to The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (“The Act”). This departure has unlawfully and deceptively altered the executive power of our founding deed being the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia (the “Constitution”).

Based on this knowledge Senator Culleton rejected the oath and demanded it be changed to uphold his sworn constitutional duties under contract with the Commonwealth of Australia.

Taking a stand for his oath to be in a form compliant with the Constitution and therefore under law, has taken Senator Culleton on an unexpected journey. He has uncovered a level of conspiracy to defraud, mislead and control the Australian people, that we are now witnessing with the Australian Senate just having passed the Digital Identity Bill without proper debate and the fulfillment of the democratic process.

This Bill is designed to be the start of leading Australia to be a nation which will become like Communist China, where unless people do exactly what the Government decides the people must do, they will not be able to buy and sell or take part in society. Digital identity is the beginning step which enables digital surveillance and Central Bank Digital Currencies, all of which gives government vast control over the people.

Prior to this Digital Identity legislation being rushed through Parliament, Bill Gates has been reported to be warning nations that unless they sign up to Digital ID they will NOT be allowed to participate in society. This system is being rolled out in India and other nations. This will have serious consequences for Australia and all nations which pass this Digital ID legislation. The actions of politicians that have led to this point where Australia is now on the edge of tyranny, has been worked towards for well over fifty years.

Senator Rodney Culleton has discovered the purported changes made to the original Constitution of Australia, have been done through deception and stealth. Under the Constitution any changes to it are required to be approved by the people via a referendum. The changes to the oaths to be taken by politicians and to the executive powers under the Constitution, have been done without reference to the people by referendum as required and are therefore unlawful.

The creation of the Royal Style and Titles Act in 1973 by Gough Whitlam and the Labour Party circumvented the people’s authority under the Constitution.
This work was furthered in 1986 when Bob Hawke enacted the "Australia Act", which paved the way for the states of Australia to operate as corporations, rather than be under the Commonwealth pursuant to our Constitution. These Acts have been used to deceptively change the operation of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia without altering the Constitution. Now the parliament is operating in contravention of the Constitution, which is unlawful.

For those who believe that these changes were merely cosmetic and do not affect the Constitution, be aware that the findings detailed in the 1988 Constitutional Commission Report established there can be no head of power through an adoption of a “corporate Queen of Australia” to allow an Australian government to make laws. It appears that the subversive changes made to our Constitution, are so significant that the Australian Parliament as we know it is in fact unlawful and operating beyond its authorised power under the Constitution. This would mean its laws are also invalid and our elected politicians are holding office unlawfully.

Kelly, being a Christian, has been praying for an explanation as to the way in which the many rights of Australians have been whittled away over the last years. Recently it was revealed to her by God that this has been able to happen through "unlawful governments making unlawful laws"!

There's an important piece of information that has been missing from the discussion of Donald Trump paying the $91 million bond in order to appeal the E. Jean Carroll defamation verdict against him. And the fact is, Trump didn't actually pay the bond. See, that part is actually the biggest part of the story, right? The fact that Donald Trump has not actually paid $91 million to appeal the bond. And yet last Friday when it was announced that they had posted the bond and they appealed the case, everybody said, okay, well he paid it, but he didn't pay it. In fact, according to Roberta Kaplan, who is E. Jean Carroll's lawyer, she put in a filing to the judge this past weekend and she said, hey, hold up. Whoa, there is some fine print in this insurance bond that he has posted that we need to pay attention to. And here's what it is, by the way.

And Judge Lewis Kaplan overseeing the case demanded answers from the Trump people. And so far as of this recording, he has not provided those answers. But here's what happened. Donald Trump found this insurance company that said, yes, we will post the bond for you, which is how a bond works. You have to go to a separate company. You don't just write 'em a check for $91 million. You have to go through the bond company, which is typically an insurance type company. They post it, you pay them, but Trump didn't pay them. The bond was posted by the insurance company. So that is secure, but unfortunately, secure doesn't mean there's anything backing it. So if the appellate court were to come out today and say, nope, we're not gonna take your case, Trump would have to pay that money, which means the insurance company would have to pay the money, but the money's not actually there.

And that, of course, is the major concern of E. Jean Carroll's lawyers because in the fine print that Roberta Kaplan pointed out to Judge Kaplan this week, no relation, the fine print in that bond agreement says that Donald Trump has 30 days after a judgment or, you know, a loss of appeal, whatever, to actually pay the insurance company, which means E. Jean Carroll's payment, which would be due immediately, would be delayed 30 days. But then there's another caveat. The insurance company, if Trump can't pay, then has an additional 30 days for them to come up with the money, which means E. Jean Carroll's payment will be delayed another 30 days on top of the original 30. So they screwed her over, this insurance company did, and of course, the Trump people by having these caveats in there, and by him not actually having to pay the $91 million right away.

So if all of this stinks to high heaven to you, good, you're paying attention and you understand what I'm saying. Trump was supposed to put up $91 million of his own dollars, and eventually he will have to, the insurance company will come knocking. But he bought himself time in a very sly, slick, possibly not exactly okay with the court kind of way. And the judge is demanding answers. And as I said, as of right now, nobody's given those answers. But Trump once again got away with not having to pay, at least for now.
