As Australians would be aware, the Liberal Party have struck a deal with Labor to give the Government the numbers to pass the Voice Referendum Machinery Bill. So in effect the Coalition have handed Labor the starters gun for what will be an extraordinarily divisive constitutional change where we peg Indigenous Australians against all other Australians. My concerns have been further elevated today, by a letter I received from a member of the public who provided an eleven point plan, he says was devised by staff within the National Indigenous Australians Agency, which operates within the remit of Prime Minister and Cabinet. It’s the same NIAA group I brought to the Australian peoples attention earlier this week. A body of 1,317 bureaucrats, funded to the tune of almost $4.5 billion this financial year, reportedly set up to improve the lives of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The NIAA are an unnecessary, duplication body set up in addition to the roughly 3000 Aboriginal Corporations, all registered under the CATSI Act that also claim to do the same thing. But my anxiety levels are rising following this correspondence, containing details of an eleven point plan left behind by a group of 6 or 7 NIAA employees having coffee at a café in the Woden Towns Centre. Now this coffee shop in Woden is roughly 450 metres from the NIAA office here in Canberra. Let me read to you the 11 bullet points that were taken from pages left behind by that group of NIAA staff. It was headed “Early Action / Opportunities for the Voice”. 1. Job quotas: Minimum 10% appointments to be First Nations people for Judges, Magistrates, CW SES, ADF officers, AFP and State Police forces, Corrections departments, Vice Chancellors, and Ambassadors. 2. Universities: No entry tests, and no fees for First Nations people. 3. Old age pensions: Reduced age eligibility for First Nations people “Because we die younger”. 4. Public Housing: First Nations people to have first preference for all vacant public housing across all states. 5. Sport & Music: Entry fees reduced by 50% for First Nations people for any events on public land. 6. Beaches & National Parks: All beaches and national parks to be property of the relevant tribe, and non-first nations people to be charged to use the beaches, parks etc… Revenues to go to relevant tribe. 7. Rivers and Streams: to become property of relevant tribe, and fees for water consumption paid to relevant tribe. 8. Mining Royalties: Same as for water. 9. Income tax: For First Nations people to be 50% of normal rate. 10. Liquor Licensing: All new liquor licenses across Australia to be vetted by Voice. 11. Voice Office: Research / Policy staff to analyse and review all proposed Government policies, legislation and appointments. Same size and pay as DPMC. The DPMC they refer to stands for Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet. If the Prime Minister is aware of these initiatives set out by the NIAA, it would appear that Mr Albanese continues to mislead the Australian people over the extent of powers given to the Voice to Parliament. If on the other hand, the PM does not know about the list, then who from Prime Minister and Cabinet is overseeing the actions of the National Indigenous Australians Agency? Australians have a right to know the extent of the powers being handed to the Voice to Parliament NOW…. Certainly not whenever this government feels like it.

Is it really cancer? Or is it syphilis? I have talked about this previously. But I feel obligated to speak about this once again, because I recently saw client, who was diagnosed with breast cancer, I had a mastectomy and who, (I need to be very careful in how word this, so read between the lines), through kinesiology-based testing, tested negative for cancer, but positive for syphilis. Syphilis is known as the great imitator, and has this false stigma of it only being a sexually transmitted disease, which is completely and absolutely false. The first recorded identification of syphilitic infections was about 700 years ago, and even in today’s medical science, they acknowledge that syphilitic infections can be inherited from your parents. And then passed on from generation to generation, for many and even most people, being asymptomatic (having no symptoms) for much of your life. It is my hypothesis, that most of the planet is walking around right now with dormant syphilis in their body. And I literally mean most of the planet. But that it only becomes activated when the immune system is highly compromised. For the last 50 years, they have identified a substance that is produced by a syphilitic infection by the name of “Gumma”, which is a substance that compounds and not only presents as malignant tumors in imaging, but also has frequently been misdiagnosed as malignancies through lab testing as well. I decided to put together a list of articles in medical journals that identify this issue, and on the 2nd page, I figured I had probably established might point by then. But the big question here, is that while I have listed 3 pages of clinical evidence from medical journals, we have to ask ourselves, how many doctors are actually willing to admit that they made a mistake, and diagnose somebody with cancer who did not have cancer. What to Do By Anna Von Reitz Thanks to impeccable and duly noted and honored reasoning, we can all prove which jurisdictions the courts are operating in. There are only three (3) choices: Administrative (Corporate Tribunals addressing their own employees), Admiralty (Military Law of the Sea) and Maritime (Otherwise known as Commercial Law, or the Law of Contracts). None of these jurisdictions represented by these courts happen to be competent to address average Americans. So in order to gain jurisdiction over you and subject you to their law, they have to pretend that you are something or someone else. It's that simple. The way to respond to them is equally simple, no matter which of the three choices they invoke. If you receive mail, citations, court documents, summons, etc. and it is addressed in your name or what appears to be a variation of your name in all capitals, like this: JOANNE K WARBURY, it's either an Administrative Court or a Maritime Court, presuming that you are responsible for the creation and administration of a Uniform Code Contract Trust of some kind. If you receive mail addressed to what appears to be your Proper Name addressed in Upper and Lower Case, like this: Joanne Warbury, it's an Admiralty Court, pretending that you are some kind of Officer or Enlisted Person. For example, if you have mistakenly agreed to act as a "Taxpayer" they can presume that you have voluntarily agreed to collect taxes for the Queen and are acting as a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marine Service. The moment that you receive -- by hand from a Process Server or via mail -- any official piece of paper from any of these courts, you need to "Return Service". They have offered you the "service" of making a contract offer. The proper response is to "Return Service". So, here are the steps you will need to "Return Service" to any and all of these courts: 1. Take the Summons or Charges or Citation or whatever other piece of paper you first receive, and a red ink pen (which in their signal lingo means "Land Jurisdiction") and you write across the top of the page --- without quotation marks --- "Returned Service: No UCC Contract Trust and no Territorial Office." 2. Directly under this one sentence and on the right side of the page, you sign using the same red ink pen and using a by-line like this-- By: Ruth Sawyer. 3. Directly under your Signature, you write the date out, like this: August 21st of 2023. 4. Make two (2) copies of this page. 5. Take both pages directly to the Office of the Court Clerk involved and have both date stamped. Give the wet-ink original copy to the Clerk. Keep your copy for your records. And that's it. That's all you should have to do, and it forestalls any further action in 90% of all cases, without further harassment. Why? First of all, because you have made the proper reply by "Returning Service" they can't hold you in contempt of court. Second, because you have already returned service to all venues --- Maritime and Administrative are answered by "no UCC Contract Trust" and Admiralty is answered by "no Territorial Office"-- they have no leg to stand on to pursue you like a rabbit running from one jurisdiction to the next. You've quashed their whole shooting match. Now, you are probably wondering --- why does she say this works in "90% of all cases" instead of all cases? Because as I have told you repeatedly, 90% of all the Acts of Congress do not pertain to us, but what about the 10% that do? That's why 90% of all cases are misaddressed to us, but there are some that may actually hold water. A few. So let's review that aspect to give you some more thinking points. If you are a Federal or State-of-State Contractor, you may have Federal Income and you may owe a Federal Income Tax as a result.

Thanks to impeccable and duly noted and honored reasoning, we can all prove which jurisdictions the courts are operating in. There are only three (3) choices: Administrative (Corporate Tribunals addressing their own employees), Admiralty (Military Law of the Sea) and Maritime (Otherwise known as Commercial Law, or the Law of Contracts). None of these jurisdictions represented by these courts happen to be competent to address average Americans. So in order to gain jurisdiction over you and subject you to their law, they have to pretend that you are something or someone else. It's that simple. The way to respond to them is equally simple, no matter which of the three choices they invoke. If you receive mail, citations, court documents, summons, etc. and it is addressed in your name or what appears to be a variation of your name in all capitals, like this: JOANNE K WARBURY, it's either an Administrative Court or a Maritime Court, presuming that you are responsible for the creation and administration of a Uniform Code Contract Trust of some kind. If you receive mail addressed to what appears to be your Proper Name addressed in Upper and Lower Case, like this: Joanne Warbury, it's an Admiralty Court, pretending that you are some kind of Officer or Enlisted Person. For example, if you have mistakenly agreed to act as a "Taxpayer" they can presume that you have voluntarily agreed to collect taxes for the Queen and are acting as a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marine Service. The moment that you receive -- by hand from a Process Server or via mail -- any official piece of paper from any of these courts, you need to "Return Service". They have offered you the "service" of making a contract offer. The proper response is to "Return Service". So, here are the steps you will need to "Return Service" to any and all of these courts: 1. Take the Summons or Charges or Citation or whatever other piece of paper you first receive, and a red ink pen (which in their signal lingo means "Land Jurisdiction") and you write across the top of the page --- without quotation marks --- "Returned Service: No UCC Contract Trust and no Territorial Office." 2. Directly under this one sentence and on the right side of the page, you sign using the same red ink pen and using a by-line like this-- By: Ruth Sawyer. 3. Directly under your Signature, you write the date out, like this: August 21st of 2023. 4. Make two (2) copies of this page. 5. Take both pages directly to the Office of the Court Clerk involved and have both date stamped. Give the wet-ink original copy to the Clerk. Keep your copy for your records. And that's it. That's all you should have to do, and it forestalls any further action in 90% of all cases, without further harassment. Why? First of all, because you have made the proper reply by "Returning Service" they can't hold you in contempt of court. Second, because you have already returned service to all venues --- Maritime and Administrative are answered by "no UCC Contract Trust" and Admiralty is answered by "no Territorial Office"-- they have no leg to stand on to pursue you like a rabbit running from one jurisdiction to the next. You've quashed their whole shooting match. Now, you are probably wondering --- why does she say this works in "90% of all cases" instead of all cases? Because as I have told you repeatedly, 90% of all the Acts of Congress do not pertain to us, but what about the 10% that do? That's why 90% of all cases are misaddressed to us, but there are some that may actually hold water. A few. So let's review that aspect to give you some more thinking points. If you are a Federal or State-of-State Contractor, you may have Federal Income and you may owe a Federal Income Tax as a result.
