And of course the huge volume of houses on the market will plummet real estate value and the people who borrowed at fixed interest will get slugged with a 3 fold increase in monthly repayments and won't be able to sell the houses to even make back the balance of the loans.
This is clearly a way that those who have chosen to invest in real estate as a viable safe guard for their retirement can be poached and stolen by the government as stealing our super outright is a criminal offence. Hence Taxation.... ( legalized theft) .

Bankruptcy and homelessness will sore, then they will allocate the repo properties to the 700,000 migrants coming in to replace those in the work force that cark it from the spicy dart as time goes on.
The foreign military and police bill will be to replace the expendable ones that got the dart and then the UN troops will replace the adf troops if they get sick or die.
All given complete immunity from prosecution if they break the law.
