Chairman of the House Oversight Committee Rep. James Comer (R-KY) issued a statement Tuesday afternoon reporting that the FBI informed the committee it will not comply with a May 30 deadline to turn over a subpoenaed FBI document, FD 2013, that a whistleblower says contains allegations that then Vice President Joe Biden took a $5 million bribe from a foreign national to make favorable policy decisions. Comer said in response he will be “taking steps” to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress.
