Just a random thought..a lot of cases in the court system re last 3 years have gone right to the last minute then dropped but the people defending their constitutional rights have racked up huge legal bills So seeing as the judicial system is a private corporation registered in USA ,should they pay the defendants court costs as they invented the charges. When you look up their profits on Dunn and Bradstreet they could afford it Added bonus they might be selective when tossing charges around
